Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of the Flightcase website, software service, document portals, and transactional messaging features.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Flightcase website, application, client portals, public forms, or communication features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Flightcase is software for live event production, quoting, invoicing, scheduling, warehouse operations, inventory, client approvals, crew workflows, communications, and related operational management. Features may change over time as the service evolves.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into Flightcase, maintaining the security of your credentials, and controlling access to your workspace. You are also responsible for making sure your users, recipients, and operational contacts are managed in a lawful and authorized way.
Payments, billing, and commercial records
Paid plans, invoices, quotes, and billing features may be subject to additional commercial terms, plan limits, taxes, and payment-provider requirements. You are responsible for paying applicable charges associated with your account and for reviewing client-facing commercial records before they are sent.

Help and opt-out
Consent and messaging compliance
Users and customers must provide valid consent before Flightcase sends transactional SMS messages. You may not use Flightcase messaging tools for unsolicited marketing, spam, unlawful contact, or messages sent without proper authorization.
Customer data responsibilities
For personal data entered into a workspace by a customer or its users, the customer is responsible for deciding what data is collected, why it is used, who may access it, and how long it should be retained. Flightcase processes that workspace data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Customers are responsible for responding to privacy requests involving their own clients, crew, vendors, staff, and operational contacts unless Flightcase is legally required to respond directly.
Acceptable use
You may not use Flightcase to violate law, interfere with the service, bypass security, upload harmful code, abuse communications features, impersonate another party, or misuse client or crew data. We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
Intellectual property
Flightcase and its underlying software, design, branding, workflows, and related materials remain the property of Flightcase or its licensors. You retain rights to the information and content you upload or submit, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Flightcase reliable and available, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may update, change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these terms as the service evolves.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Flightcase is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightcase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use poses a security or compliance risk, or if continued access is no longer practical. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any billing or contractual commitments already in effect.
