What is not metered
Seat count and monthly quote volume are the only things a plan limits. These are part of every plan, including Free:
- Client access. Quote approval links, invoice views and card payment. Your clients never need an account or a seat.
- Crew access. Availability requests, call confirmations and crew-visible files, through crew-facing links.
- Your catalog. Gear, cases, kits, serialized units and the labor roster, with no cap on how much you put in.
- Your history. Past quotes, invoices, shows and revisions stay readable.

Work out the real number
If you are comparing against a modular quote, price the modules and seat count you will actually run rather than the entry configuration. We wrote up how that maths tends to go.
