What is not metered

Seat count and monthly quote volume are the only things a plan limits. These are part of every plan, including Free:

Client access. Quote approval links, invoice views and card payment. Your clients never need an account or a seat.
Crew access. Availability requests, call confirmations and crew-visible files, through crew-facing links.
Your catalog. Gear, cases, kits, serialized units and the labor roster, with no cap on how much you put in.
Your history. Past quotes, invoices, shows and revisions stay readable.

Pricing questions

How much does event production software cost?

Flightcase is $0 on the Free plan, $39 per month on Team and $99 per month on Pro, with additional seats at $5 per seat per month. Pricing across this category more commonly combines a platform fee with per module charges per power user, which makes the real monthly cost depend on how many modules you switch on and how many heavy users you have.

Do clients or crew need a paid seat?

No. Clients review and approve quotes, view invoices and pay through portal links. Crew respond to availability requests, confirm calls and open crew-visible files through crew-facing links. Paid seats are only for the people running the workspace.

What counts against the monthly quote limit?

Quotes created in that calendar month. Revisions to an existing quote do not count again, so negotiating a scope back and forth with a client uses one quote, not five.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, in both directions, and you can add seats to Team or Pro as the team grows. If you need custom seat counts or a larger rollout, support sizes an Enterprise workspace with you.

Is there a contract or a card required to start?

No. The Free plan needs no card, and paid plans are billed monthly rather than on an annual commitment.

Are payments and card processing included?

Collecting invoice payments by card is part of the product rather than a separate add-on. Card processing fees are charged by the payment processor, as they are anywhere.
